Our Mission
It is our commitment to create an environment where established and emerging artists can thrive in their work and careers in the arts, and to establish a place where gallery directors, curators, collectors, writers, designers and architects can find high-quality, fresh and progressive ideas in art. We achieve this by carefully selecting our artists, encouraging their input and supporting their interaction to ensure a better experience at Reis Studios. We continually encourage new projects to interact with the greater community of Long Island City, including artist talks, workshops, open studios, group and solo shows, internship, residencies and programs for visiting artists and curators.
